2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of artisan ceramic objects made by the seller.
Products are offered for sale by direct order, particularly via email contact, social media, or in-person meeting.
3. Products
The products offered are handmade artisan ceramic objects.
Each piece is unique or produced in small batches. Due to their artisan nature, objects may present variations in shape, dimensions, colour or texture. These variations do not constitute defects but are inherent to handcraft work.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for indicative purposes and are not contractual.
4. Order
The order is considered firm after:
- explicit validation by the customer, and
- agreement on the price and collection or delivery terms.
For custom orders, the seller reserves the right to refuse any request that does not correspond to their artistic universe or technical constraints.
5. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€).
Prices are communicated before the conclusion of the sale.
6. Payment methods
Payment can be made by:
- WERO
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Cash (only for hand delivery)
Payment is made in full unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
For custom orders or those requiring specific manufacturing, a deposit will be requested before production begins.
Payment of this deposit constitutes firm validation of the order.
In case of cancellation by the customer of a custom order after payment of the deposit, the deposit cannot be refunded, as the amounts paid constitute compensation for work undertaken and materials used.
The balance is payable upon collection of the product or before shipment.
7. Delivery and collection
Products are delivered:
- either in person,
- or sent by post at the customer's request.
In case of shipment, costs and terms are communicated before order validation.
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transport once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Lead times
Manufacturing and availability lead times are communicated at the time of order.
These lead times are indicative and may vary due to the artisan nature of production.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays related to technical, material or firing constraints.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
For other non-personalised products, the customer has 14 days from collection to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in perfect condition. Return costs are borne by the customer.
10. Liability
Ceramic products are artisan objects and must be handled with care.
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse, impact, fall or inappropriate use.
11. Intellectual property
All objects, photographs and content produced by Alexandre Chojnacki remain their exclusive property.
Any reproduction or use without written authorisation is prohibited.
